Scitex Sells Holdings in Objet Geometries

Still has investments in Scitex Vision, Jemtex Inkjet, RealTimeImage, and XMPie.

Scitex Corporation has agreed to sell all of its holdings in Objet Geometries Ltd. to several Objet shareholders for $3 million in cash.

Based in Israel, Objet Geometries develops, manufactures, and markets ultra-thin layer rapid prototyping systems and resins that utilize PolyJet polymer jetting technology. The company was founded in 1998.

Beyond Objet Geometries, Scitex Corporation also has investments in: Scitex Vision (75.5%), Jemtex Inkjet Printing Ltd. (73.9%), RealTimeImage Ltd. (14.9%), and XMPie (3.5%). In March of this year, Scitex announced that it was in preliminary negotiations to sell off its holdings in Scitex Vision. (Scitex: www.scitex.com, Objet Geometries: www.objet.co.il)
