Scitex Sells Creo Shares

Now holds just 6.5% of outstanding shares

The number of shares Scitex Corp. Ltd. holds in Creo Inc. continues to drop. In April 2000, Scitex acquired 13.25 million shares of Creo in exchange for Scitex digital preprint and print-on-demand assets. In November 2001, Scitex divested 7 million shares, and last week sold 3 million shares. The remaining 3.25 million common shares held by Scitex represents approximately 6.5% of the outstanding Creo shares.
