Picturesque Media Collection from Breathing Color

Breathing Color has added to its digital inkjet media line with the Picturesque Collection. Designed for use on Epson printers, these products can be used for fine-art reproduction as well as signage.

The Picturesque Collection includes Polypropylene, Scrim Vinyl, V-Max Banner, Adhesive Vinyl, Repositionable Adhesive Vinyl, and Commercial Proofing Paper. These products are designed for use with Epson UltraChrome inks, with profiles for the Epson Stylus Pro 4000, 7600, 9600, and 10600. Most of the products also can be used on Mutoh, Roland, Mimaki, Canon, Encad and ColorSpan printers. They come in 17-, 24-, and 44-in. rolls; special order sizes are available as well.

Specifically designed for use with pigmented inks, the 140gsm Water-Resistant Polypropylene offers high tear-resistance in both directions, and can be used for indoor and outdoor applications.

Breathing Color's 15-mil Scrim Vinyl has a smooth surface and 100% opacity; it also features high whiteness and water resistance and is fast drying. It can be used for both indoor and outdoor graphics.

V-Max Banner is an 11-mil polyethylene film with high strength in all directions. It can be used for prints in extreme tension situations, both indoor and outdoor. Grommeting is not necessary; simply punch holes in the printed graphic.
Picturesque Collection 4-mil Adhesive Vinyl features a water-based adhesive, which allows it to be used indoor as well as outdoor.

Featuring a water-based adhesive, Repositionable Adhesive Vinyl is a 4-mil product intended for short-term applications.

Specifically designed for use with pigmented inks and based on a commercial-grade base color, Commercial Proofing Paper is used to simulate commercial printing applications. Its short-term color stability and exact coating standards lead to outstanding color accuracy, the company reports.
