Mutoh Introduces Toucan LT 100

Featuring three print modes, the Mutoh's new Toucan LT 100 is a 100-in. rollfed machine that can produce speeds up to 185 sq ft/hr at 720 x 720 dpi and 33 sq ft/hr in 1440 x 1440-dpi mode. Added to this version is a 540 x 720-dpi print mode for producing banners.

Also new to the 100-in. Toucan LT:

media rolls up to 250 lb for unattended

“? The capability of 440-ml ink cartridges.

The Toucan LT 100 utilizes mild-solvent CMYKcm inks such as the company”?s new Eco-Ultra inkset and LT Solvent. Mutoh reports that the printer does not need exterior ventilation when used in conjunction with the optional Captivair air purification system; the fumes extracted from the printer are vented to the Captivair box for purification
via charcoal filters. The inks offer up to 3-yr outdoor durability. Price: $54,995.
