Justin Pate Wrap-Instruction DVDs

Car-wrap installer Justin Pate has created two new vehicle-graphic installation DVDs for his “Techniques and Tips” training series. The DVDs – titled “Advanced Wrapping” and “Speedwrapping” — are geared for the intermediate and professional installer.

“Advanced Wrapping” covers, in detail, how to wrap the more complex aspects of vehicles. Pate addresses: cutting perfect corners, door handles, mirrors, wheel wells, antennae, rubber molding, bumpers, and problem solving. Length: 118 minutes.

“Speedwrapping” is geared to help the entire shop. Pate shows how all three aspects of the wrap process – design, production, and installation — work together to ensure low installation times, few mistakes, and higher profits, Included in this DVD is a segment on fleet wrapping. In addition, Pate includes Hardware Removal XL, a segment that shows how to remove all hardware and wrap them if with durability if they cannot be removed.

Pate has been wrapping cars for 15 years and has wrapped more than 2500 cars in his career, he reports. He currently works as the installer for Mutoh and Avery Dennison’s Car Wrap Class using Universal Graphics Installation System (UGIS).
