To help laminating-equipment operators keep pace with new methods and materials for print finishing, the International Reprographics Association (IrgA) is offering mounting and laminating training in conjunction with Drytac Corp. and GBC's Industrial and Print Finishing Group. Conducted in Drytac and GBC facilities throughout the US and in Canada, the two-day seminars help experienced and novice equipment operators integrate theory with hands-on training.

Topics include: cold, heatset and thermal laminating; variables affecting applications; equipment controls and maintenance; mounting adhesives, films, media and substrates; material selection; pre-laminating materials preparation; and specialty applications.
