GIA is a leading provider of training and support services to producers of visual communications and operates training centers in Akron, OH and San Diego, CA. Sugarman will be responsible for developing and managing GIA business relationships with manufacturers, advertising agencies, and quick printers.

“I see tremendous value for ad agencies and quick printers in GIA's classroom training and SWAT Professional Services,” says Sugarman. GIA's SWAT (Strategic Workflow Assessment and Training) service provides targeted, customized, on-site consulting.
