Fujifilm North America has introduced the Acuity LED 40 printers. The series of midvolume UV flatbed printers image onto rigid or flexible substrates. With print speeds up to 538 sq ft/hr, Acuity LED presses use the company’s Greenguard Gold-certified Uvijet KL ink available in four, six, or eight color channels, with the option to add light or white inks and varnish. The standard model prints on media or objects up to 49 x 98 in., while the X2 double-bed model increases to 98 x 121 in.
