Fisher Textiles Unveils Six New Fabrics at the SGIA Expo

Fisher Textiles, the leading supplier of fabrics for digital printing, is unveiling new fabrics at the SGIA Expo in Las Vegas September 14-16. These styles include: 4585 Natural Cotton Canvas, DD 7276 Supreme Knit, DD 8881 Opaque White and GF 6180 Table Cloth. Our existing Silver Flag Liner and GF 7176 Supreme Knit are now available in new wider widths.

4585 Natural Cotton Canvas, made in the USA for latex printing, it has a raw natural beige appearance with a medium texture, weighs 10 oz/yd2 and is stocked at 60” wide. Applications include Retail POP displays, Signage and Décor.

DD 7276 Supreme Knit, a specially treated fabric for 16’ direct dye sub printing. Direct to fabric printing is a rapidly growing segment of our industry. This fabric is excellent for architectural displays, back drops, exhibit graphics and geometric/stretch displays. It weighs 8.7 oz/yd2 is stocked at 197” wide, is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701.

DD 8881 Opaque White is also specially treated for direct dye sub printing. As its name suggests, it is very opaque and has an extreme white point. It weighs 8.7 oz/yd2 and is stocked at 125” wide. Applications include double sided banners, light blocking liner and silicone edge graphics. It is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701.GF 6180 Table Cloth is our newest transfer dye sub grand format warp knit fabric for table throws, banners and exhibit graphics. It weighs 6.1 oz/yd2 and is stocked at 125” wide. It is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701.

An improvement to our existing popular flag liner fabric, Silver Flag Liner, is now available in 125”. This fabric makes an excellent flag liner for any flag fabric. It has a double sided acrylic coating and the silver color of the material helps reflect bright colors of printed flag material.

GF 7176 Supreme Knit available in 125” and now 197” wide. Made in the USA, it is an excellent fabric for architectural displays. It weighs 8.2 oz/yd2, is flame retardant and meets NFPA 701 and Class A of ASTM E84.
