FESPA Plans Launch of FESPA Americas

FESPA reports that it will soon confirm an agreement with the Printing Association of Florida (PAF) to run in 2011 the first FESPA Americas in Orlando, alongside PAF’s annual Graphics of the Americas event.

The new event will be designed to complement the Graphics of Americas show and “aims to unite all of the regions printers in digital and screen printing and garment decoration to attend one comprehensive exhibition for wide format that will sit alongside Graphics of the Americas, which is focused on commercial print,” FESPA reports.

“In response to strong demand, FESPA Americas — taking place alongside the Graphics of the Americas show in Orlando — will provide exhibitors and visitors with a new opportunity to reach a new audience of printers with a pan-regional perspective,” says Frazer Chesterman, managing director of FESPA. “Expected visitor profile will be from the US [and] Central and South America, who will take part in a unique educational program and visit a world-class exhibition…”

The 2011 edition of the Graphics of Americas event will take February 24-26 next year.
