The administration at Michigan State University needed an aesthetic and effective fix to the acoustical problem in the conference room of the football team’s Duffy Daugherty building. Brick and other sound-reflecting surfaces around the room made it difficult to speak and hear clearly – “a serious issue for a conference room,” says Carlin Danz, copywriter, Britten Studios.

To absorb some of the disruptive sound, Britten Studios supplied a SoundCheck fabric acoustic panel behind the podium. The 10 x 14-foot panel was printed with Michigan State’s green background and white Spartan mascot on Britten’s Teleios GT Grande direct-to-fabric printer and mounted to a metal frame.
