At FESPA, Aslan showed off its latest digital laminating films, designed for use on graphics printed with solvent inks on the Mimaki JV3, Roland SolJet and VersaCamm, Seiko ColorPainter 64S, and Mutoh Rockhopper.

The new self-adhesive laminating films include Aslan SL 95, a clear polyester film for protection against graffiti and UV degradation for up to 5 yr outdoors. A 50-micron (0.002-in.) film, it features a special lacquering layer on top that allows users to simply wipe off graffiti with dry or wet paper.

Aslan 325 floor graphics film is a 125-micron (0.0049-in.) transparent matte material with an anti-slip surface. Aslan is so certain of its anti-slip design that it offers an insurance warranty for the film to cover all personal damages.
