3A Composites USA will launch the Pro Series of graphic display boards at ISA Sign Expo 2017. The Pro Series includes Gatorfoam Pro, Sintra Edge, and Foam-X Pro, and will expand later in 2017, according to the company.

Gatorfoam Pro offers dimensional stability; dent, warp, and scratch resistance; and increased ink adhesion. The display board is composed of polystyrene foam and veneer laminate, designed to be both rigid and lightweight. The 48 x 96-in. sheets are available in multiple color combinations.

Sintra Edge is a black PVC board with a low-gloss, matte finish and Pro surface coating in white on one side for direct printing applications. 3A Composites reports the line is heat-formable and resistant to chemicals, dents, and scratches, and does not require precoating or laminating. Sheets measure 48 x 96 in. with multiple thicknesses available.

The Foam-X Pro line is designed for memory retention and printability, comprised of rigid polystyrene foam between two clay-coated paper liners. The company reports Foam-X Pro can be die-cut without creating pillowed edges, and the 48 x 96-in. sheets feature white liners and foam.

Applications for the Pro Series family include P-O-P displays, exhibits, kiosks, interior and exterior signage, and more.
