Visitors to RPM Raceway have a need for speed – and everything from the entry door to the walls at the Stamford, Connecticut, go-kart track evokes that desire. B3 Marketing was charged with creating full branding of the 100,000-square-foot facility, which will also serve as the model RPM Raceway location for future franchisees. The entire space elicits the feeling of being at a racetrack, from blurred images that mimic what a pro driver would see through the windshield to photographs of racecars and icons of the sport. “The challenge in such a large space is creating an environment without overdoing it; keeping it subtle yet leaving an impact,” says Thomas Oliver, B3 CEO. 

B3 used an HP Latex 570 to image onto 3M Controltac IJ180C with 8915 Scotchcal Ultra Matte Overlaminate, plus Scotchcal Clear View Graphic Film IJ8150. It took three installers 15 days to wrap the facility with 10,500 square feet of printed material.
