Mutoh America has showcased its new 64-in. ValueJet 1617H hybrid. The printer features the company’s MP bio-based inks (CMYK + W), Intelligent Interweave to eliminate banding, and a half-inch print height to allow for prototype and mock-up print work. Other features include: speeds up to 300 sq ft/hr; a top resolution of 1440 dpi; ValueJet Status Monitor; and ColorVerify color-checking system. Options include an integrated spectrophotometer, ColorVerify Pro, and a takeup system. MSRP: $49,995.

The company also showcased its expanding print media line for its ValueJet printers. The line includes banner media, Mutoh Ready2Print pre-grommeted and pre-welded media, and vinyl.
