Minuteman Press Edmonton Ellerslie Raises Funds for Local Cause

When the Humboldt Broncos junior hockey team was involved in a fatal bus crash in Saskatchewan, Canada, in April, Canadians and hockey fans worldwide pulled together to help the families affected by the tragedy. Minuteman Press Edmonton Ellerslie opted to contribute by hosting a fundraiser selling T-shirts, pins, ribbons, and car decals at a local university.

“We raised over $4000 for those families, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to them. To be able to do our small part to help them meant a lot to us,” says Carmen Hofer, co-owner, in a release.
