Large-Format Printers Should Be Hosting More Q&A Sessions on Social Media

Ask Me Anything

One of the lessons of social media is how much people like interacting with brands and business owners, especially in fields where they have a special interest (such as wide-format digital printing). As such, take inspiration from Reddit’s hugely popular question-and-answer format and host your own Ask Me Anything (AMA) to engage with local customers. Don’t want to risk revealing too much about the clients you serve? Make it a product Q&A. Facebook Live and YouTube let you broadcast using your own webcam and microphone, which is preferable if you want to create webcasts that look somewhat professional with high-quality audio and video. Instagram Live is more limited, as it only lets users broadcast from its mobile app.

Big Picture Staff

Big Picture magazine has been serving wide-format printing professionals for more than 25 years, providing business-specific content to help boost bottom lines through its industry-leading magazine, website, email bulletins, Brain Squad and social media channels.
