Jupitermedia Acquires Thinkstock and Thinkstock Footage

Jupitermedia Corporation, which acquired Comstock in April of this year, has acquired the assets of Thinkstock as well as Thinkstock Footage for $4 million in cash. Based in Charlotte, NC, Thinkstock has been in the stock-imagery business since 1999; the acquisition adds more than 25,000 wholly owned digitized stock images to Jupitermedia's collection.
