We are printers. We are not magicians.
We try to keep it light and happy. Luckily, we are blessed to work with great customers who are reasonable in their expectations. But to the few customers who can’t be reasonable: We can’t add that 25th hour you needed to stay on schedule. We do the best we can with what we’re given. An organized and timely customer will get organized and efficient service from us, but we can’t be expected to make up for your lost time.
