GMG has showcased its GMG Production Suite v2, an update of its production solution for wide-format print work. Comprising a variety of software modules – including prepress/preflight, PDF file editing, job prep/color management, RIPing, printing, and cutting – Production Suite v2 features a new SmartProfiler for accurate profiling. Also available is GMG ProductionSuite Focus Edition, an entry-level version. (See September issue for a full report.) Also making their North American debuts were: GMG CoZone (Cloud-based production workflow); ColorProof 5.5 (for proofing); ColorServer 4.8 (color management); and ColorMaster 2.8 (color conversion from RGB).
