Fellers Completes Recapitalization, Transitions to New Investment Group Ownership

(PRESS RELEASE) TULSA, OK — Fellers, LLC, a distributor of vinyl wraps, films and related products and software to automotive shops, has finalized a recapitalization transaction that transfers ownership to a consortium of investment firms, the company announced today.

The Tulsa, OK-based company said the transaction strengthens its balance sheet and bolsters its financial foundation to support growth. According to the company, the recapitalization was completed with support from all key financial stakeholders and is not anticipated to impact existing customers, vendors or operations.

Fellers said the transaction strengthens the company’s capital structure and positions it to increase investments in its people, operations and growth initiatives. The company said it is poised to continue investing in operations and further cement itself as an industry leader in vinyl wrap and film distribution.

The company operates a national network of warehouse locations and supports customers with dedicated sales and technical support teams.
