EFI Adds Dye Sublimation Soft Signage Printer

EFI has released its EFI Vutek FabriVu 340i dye-sublimation printer for soft signage printing up to 133 in. The aqueous-based printer features EFI platen and extraction system for inline sublimation; four-color printing up to 2400 dpi and 4-level grayscale with 4pL to 18pL drop sizes; production speeds up to 2691 sq ft/hr; paper transfer option if offline sublimation is needed; and  Fiery proServer SE with Fiery XF production digital front end and color management workflow. Applications include banners, flags, furnishings, soft signage, and wallcoverings.
