Dietzgen Acquires Wide-Format Media Division from National/Azon

Dietzgen, a conversion and distribution provider of digital print media, has announced its acquisition of the wide-format media division of National/Azon. The agreement includes the Azon Color brand and converting assets. The deal gains Dietzgen converting and distribution sites in Michigan and Maryland, expanding the company’s coverage in the Mid-Atlantic and Upper Midwest regions.
