X-Rite Acquires ICC Tools

X-Rite has acquired ICC Tools, a division of Print West, in Saskatchewan, Canada. The ICC Tools technology engine is utilized in X-Rite's MonacoQCcolor and Colorshop X color-management products. The acquisition includes key personnel as well as software code.
