Wisconsin Veterans Make OOH Personal

The 2015 OBIE awards, hosted by the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, celebrated simple advertising strategies that stirred up genuine feelings in its audience. “These winning campaigns need no explanation,” as the awards website put it.

The public service category runner-up campaigned for the Wisconsin Veterans Museum with the theme “Every Soldier Is a Story,” with snapshots of veterans from all walks of the military. The movement was agented by Laughlin Constable.
