The 2005 Vue/Point Conference will be held in Orlando, FL, a major shift in location from its Washington DC setting in the past 14 years. The conference will maintain its same discussion format, and will include tabletop exhibits, evening roundtables, social events, and panel sessions. The conference will be held at the Wyndham Palace in the Walt Disney World Resort, April 11-13.
“The Wyndham is a terrific property, and we felt that the change in venue would be a benefit to Vue/Point Conference attendees who had difficulty taking time away from family to attend the conference,” says Michael Vinocur, the conference's event manager. “The resort caters to families, access to the area is easy from anywhere in the country, and attendees can meet their educational and family obligations at the same time.”

Specific topics for the 2005 conference have yet to be announced, but sessions will likely hit on aspects of digital prepress, digital and traditional printing, bindery and post press finishing, wide-format inkjet, mailing and fulfillment services and more. (Vue/Point Conference: www.gasc.org)
