Ultimaker adds Ultimaker² Go and Ultimaker² Extended

Ultimaker has added to its collection of new desktop 3D printers, Ultimaker² Go and Ultimaker² Extended.

Ultimaker² Go has a compact design with special, reusable, travel case, designed for makers on the go, or those just getting started in the 3D world. The Ultimaker² Go’s printhead is cooled by dual fans and prints with an accuracy of 20 microns.

The Ultimaker² Extended is 12 in. tall with a 20-micron definition, offering a large heated print bed. Overhangs and bridging are easily handled due to the dual fan printhead and a radial scroll wheel offers even heat adjustments while printing, according to Ultimaker. Features speeds up to 300 mm/sec, 0.02-mm layer resolution, and a 4-in. larger build volume.

Both printers feature Cura 3D printer software.
