Things you wanted to say to frustrating clients, but didn’t.
Not much of a rebuke or a putdown, but the ever classic “I told you so…” applies so well to an existing client who wanted a vehicle wrap. We’d done all kinds of other signage for them, but when it came to the vehicle, they had sticker shock, no matter how well we educated them and proved our quality work. We found out they went to another shop, only because they needed assistance in reviewing how horrible the other places’ work was so they could fight them. We warned them about under-cutters and places that don’t care about quality and professionalism. Worst vehicle wrap I’d ever seen by the way!
