Summa Undergoes Company Restructuring

Summa has announced plans for a company-wide restructuring. Its Seattle-based division, which manufactures signmaking, , and products in the Americas, will change its name to Airmark, starting August 1, 2017. Airmark will continue to sell, promote, service, and support the Summa product range under a new dealer agreement with Summa NV, the company’s Belgian branch. Airmark aims to expand in the aviation and sign sectors, and will launch a new company website.

In addition, Summa NV has announced the creation of Summa America to further grow and develop the company’s business in the US. Summa America intends to expand its dealer network, and focus on direct sales and service.

Summa NV has also announced a distribution agreement with HP involving HP’s .
