A hosted Learning Management System enables managers to track employee progress.
Employees can learn at their own pace any time of the day or any day of the week. After the employee takes a pre-test, the StaffingTools Learning Management System creates a custom curriculum so the employee doesn't waste time learning things that he or she already knows. Upon completion of the course, the employee takes a post-test and receives a printable certificate of completion if the post-test results are better than the pre-test results.
Courses are available in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, Extensis Mask Pro and Preflight Pro, QuarkXPress, Creo Preps, Adobe Acrobat, Markzware FlightCheck, and Enfocus PitStop and Instant PDF.
