Sihl Mirano Rollup Film

New from Sihl Digital Imaging is Sihl Mirano, a 9-mil rollup film featuring a “tri-lam” construction comprising photo paper front and back plus an opaque polymer center, combined with the company’s low-glare, satin SuperDry coating. Compatible with aqueous and latex inks, Mirano is water- and scratch-resistant for most short-term indoor applications, Sihl reports; it can also be laminated with pressure-sensitive or heat-activated films. In 36- and 42-in. widths.

Also new from Sihl is its 3143 ColorMax 180 matte paper. A bright white, super-absorbent and instant-dry paper for use with aqueous inks, it’s designed as an alternative to photopaper. ColorMax is water- and scratch-resistant but can be laminated with pressure-sensitive or heat-activated films. In 24-, 36-, 42-, 50-, and 60-in. widths.
