Rotoflex VLI: The Rotoflex VLI is an inspection/rewind solution with expanded capabilities for advanced applications and higher speed production. Ideally suited for film, film packaging, and other tension sensitive materials, the VLI accommodates web widths up to 28.25 inch (718mm), making the system ideal for flexible packaging applications.
Rotoflex URC 2.0 Control System: Unique to the Rotoflex product line, URC 2.0 is a control system with advanced capabilities. The system was designed with the operator in mind, incorporating simplified menus and an easy-to-use interface, allowing operators to monitor all functions from a single screen. The high-security counter with built-in missing label detection gives maximum label count accuracy, and label length count measurements are precise with the error-free shaft encoder interface. Extremely versatile, the system recognizes a wide range of materials, including clear labels with a printed mark. Job set up time is minimized and the robust job save/load capability allows job-related details to be stored and easily recalled. The system is designed to easily integrate with third-party peripherals and Vision systems and its modular design allows for future updates based on customer requirements. The URC 2.0 is offered on new Rotoflex models, but also as an upgrade to existing URC, C5, C3, C35 controllers in the field.
Rotoflex Tracker: Rotoflex is proud to introduce the new Rotoflex Tracker finishing solution, a slitter/rewinder with a horizontal web path that further complements the vertical web path designs typically found across the Rotoflex product line. Influenced heavily by the legendary Arpeco engineering and design, the Tracker features ergonomic table heights, superior job save memory, as well as ultrasonic electronic edge guiding. The Tracker is available in widths up to 22 inches (559mm) and is offered for a variety of specialty applications including pharmaceutical and security, film packaging, and traditional pressure-sensitive label finishing.
