PerfectProof Upgrades ProofMaster Adesso

PerfectProof has released ProofMaster Adesso 2.0, proofing software that allows customers to output their own prepress-quality proofs, instead of outsourcing the process.

The latest version of Adesso features new editing tools: dot-gain correction, gray correction, white-point and primary-color correction, and customer-defined spot colors. It also offers a built-in advanced PDF 1.4 distiller and uses ICC profiles.

The Mac-based Adesso supports a variety of file formats, including PDF, EPS, Scitex CT, PSD, JPEG, TIFF, and Illustrator native, and accepts both CMYK and RGB files. It is compatible with
Hewlett-Packard Designjet 10/20/50ps, 30; and Epson Stylus Pro 1200/1270/1280/1290, 2000P, 2100, 2200 printers. (PerfectProof: www.perfectproof.com)
