Mutoh Reveals UV-LED Hybrid ValueJet

Mutoh has launched the ValueJet 1638UH, a 64-in. UV-LED hybrid printer for high-speed printing on roll and rigid substrates. The new model features dual staggered printheads and dual UV lamps, a design engineered to push print speed up to 220 sq ft/hr and decrease cure time.

Users can print on media up to a ½ in. thick with a max. resolution of 1440 dpi. Available configurations include dual CMYK or CMYK + white + varnish. The 1638UH also features Intelligent Interweave printing, designed to eliminate banding.

Mutoh Edition FlexiSign & Print software and the ValueJet Status Monitor app for remote monitoring are also included.
