Mutoh America has launched two new UV LED printers: the ValueJet 1626UH and the ValueJet 426UF.
The new 64-in. UV-LED ValueJet 1626UH is a hybrid printer that can accommodate a variety of rollfed and rigid substrates up to 0.5-inch thick. Featuring a choice of two UV-LED inksets – CMYK x 2 or CMYK + white + varnish – the 1626UH features a maximum resolution of 1440 dpi and offers a top speed of 109 sq ft/hr (at 720 dpi).
Other features include: ValueJet Status Monitor app for remote printer monitoring; Intelligent Interweave (i²) print technique to aid in eliminating banding; front and rear flatbed tables; Mutoh-edition FlexiPrint DX RIP software; optional takeup system; optional SpectroVue VM-10 spectrophotometer; and more.
Applications include packaging prototypes, P-O-P signage, tradeshow graphics, banners, posters, yard signs, and indoor graphics.

The company’s new ValueJet 426UF is a UV LED machine aimed at the packaging-prototype market. It features a 13 x 19-in. bed, and can print directly onto a variety of flat and 3D substrates up to 2.75-in, thick, utilizing an inkset comprising CMYK + white + varnish ink (CMYK x 2 is also available). Max. resolution is 1440 dpi; top speed is 89 sq ft/hr (720 dpi).
In addition to featuring Mutoh’s ValueJet Status Monitor (VSM) app and Intelligent Interweave print technique the 426UF also features: a vacuum table; Mutoh-edition FlexiPrint DX RIP software; and VJ Total Install CD with Windows print driver.
