MountCor Foamboard from Gilman Brothers

The Gilman Brothers Company has introduced MountCor, a low-temperature, heat-activated adhesive foamboard for sign/display mounting applications as well as picture framing. MountCor features a pH-neutral adhesive that activates at low temperatures (as low as 130˚F) in a short period of time: 30 seconds in a mechanical or vacuum press, and at speeds up to 10 ft/min in a roll laminator, with no adhesive transfer to the heated rollers, reports Gilman Brothers. It also features air-release technology for bubble-free mounting and a printed squaring grid on its release liner for quick print positioning. MountCor is compatible with a wide range of prints, including inkjet and color laser. Size range: 24 x 36 to 48 x 96 in. (custom sizes available).
