Mimaki has introduced the TS55-1800 dye sublimation transfer inkjet printer. The 76-in. model prints at speeds up to 1506 sq ft/hr in 4-color mode using Sb610 inks with Eco Passport by Oeko-Tex certification. New optional offerings include an extended heater, 10-kg ink supply unit, and mini jumbo roll feeding unit for unattended continuous printing. The printer also features Mimaki Advanced Pass System which eliminates visible banding; Nozzle Check Unit for automatic monitoring of printhead performance and clogged nozzle detection; and Nozzle Recovery System, which allows an operator to swap out unproductive nozzles. Applications include performance apparel, fashion textiles, soft signage, , , and more.
