Mimaki’s New Heat-Assisted Laminators

Mimaki has announced its new wide-format heat-assisted laminators and laminating film. The LA Series laminators offer a max. temperature of 140 F, designed to reduce silvering and improve laminate adhesion, especially on surfaces printed with UV ink. Laminating speeds reach up to 295 linear in./min. Features include a comprehensive operation panel located near the pressure handle and foot pedal, a media take-up reel, and more. Available in 62- and 67-in. widths.

The company has also added Mimaki Vision Laminate film, available in 54- and 60-in. widths, to accompany the laminator series.
