Kona Cutters from Mutoh

Mutoh’s new line of Kona Cutters are available in three sizes: 30, 54, and 65 in.

All three cutter sizes feature: laser-based optical sensors for automatic job recognition and accurate alignment; a dual-roll support system; full-color LCD touch screen with multi-language capability; and an automatic sheet-off mechanism incorporating a rotatable long-life blade with four cutting sides.
The cutting force is adjustable from 20 to 450 grams; cutting speed is adjustable up to 1000 mm/s. Maximum media thickness is 1mm. The 30-in. cutter is equipped with two pressure rollers; the 54- and 65-in. cutters are equipped with three pressure rollers.

Stand and wheels are standard on the 54- and 65-in. cutters, optional on the 30-in. version. An optional roll-off system is available for contactless loading of pre-printed rolls.
