Grimco and Alpha Imaging Technologies Merge

Grimco has announced its acquisition of Alpha Imaging Technologies, a distributor of wide-format printing equipment and supplies out of Boston. Wholesale sign supply company Grimco aims for the move to bring the company a stronger presence in the Northeast. Grimco President Keith Pittillo says in a release that the company “welcomes” the current Alpha Imaging staff and suppliers.
