EFI Adds New Pigment Ink

EFI has revealed new EFI Reggiani pigment ink technology for direct-to-textile printing. The ink is designed for fast, environmentally friendly production through an inline polymerization process that utilizes less water, energy, and processing time, according to the company. The pigment ink features binder technology engineered to react with EFI Reggiani printer onboard dryers and reduce the number of steps involved in production compared to other digital industrial inkjet textile systems. With no washing or steaming required, the ink is compatible with a wide range of fabrics.
