EFI Acquires Corrugated Technologies

EFI has announced the acquisition of Corrugated Technologies (CTI), a provider of manufacturing execution software for the corrugated packaging industry. The San Diego-based company, which has added business and management capabilities to its products in recent years, will become part of EFI’s Productivity Software business unit. CTI President and CEO Gordon Hay will continue to head the enterprise.
