ColorGate Supports Fine-Art Reproductions on Epson Printers

ColorGATE's photoRIP software now offers drivers for Epson's Stylus Pro 7600 and 9600 wide-format inkjet printers and downloadable profiles for Hahnemuhle's line of inkjet-receptive, acid-free photo and art reproduction papers.

Observing the growing number of customers seeking to produce first-class fine-art prints, ColorGate's Managing Director Thomas Kirschner says, “The integration of the Hahnemuhle product range through high-quality profiles in our products is our first step toward serving this growing market.” He says the software's color-management optimizes color quality and grayscale output printed with Epson's Ultrachrome pigmented inks.
