Colex Debuts New Flatbed Cutters

Colex introduced its new Flatbed Cutter. The Cutter is available in two sizes: 4 x 8 (86-inch width) and 5 x 10 feet (98-inch width). It includes i-cut software, router spindle, fixed and oscillating knife tool holders, vacuum table, and a dust-removal system.

Also available is the new Fotoba Dreamcut XLD-170, designed to work with rolls and sheets up 67-inches wide and 35-mil thick; it offers a max linear speed of 50 feet/minute. Features include: self-squaring, automatic tracking of image edge, adjustable cutting lengths, self-sharpening blade, and more. It can handle polycarbonate, photo paper, vinyl, self-adhesive vinyl, PVC, film, duratrans, TDF, canvas, laminated or encapsulated prints, and other media. Colex is the exclusive distributor of Fotoba in North America.
