Cineon LCD HDTV Display from Microtek

Microtek has released its new 42-in. Cineon LCD HDTV display. The Cineon-which Microtek believes photographers will utilize as a real-time soft-proofing device-features full HD 1080p native resolution of 1920 x 1080, a contrast ratio of 1200:1, a brightness of 500 cd/m2 LCD, and a viewing angle of 176?. The Cineon also has built-in TV tuners and speakers, as well as inputs for RGB, HDMI, component, S-video, composite, and antenna. Projected price range: $2500-$3000.
