Celartem Inc., which comprises the Extensis and LizardTech brands”?has sold its Photoshop plugins and QuarkXPress XTensions to onOne Software. Products included in the purchase are Extensis pxl Smartscale, PhotoFrame, Intelligence Pro, Mask Pro, Photo Tools, and QX-Tools, as well as the Genuine Fractals product from LizardTech. Celartem will now dedicate itself to its product lines that focus on digital-content management and distribution”?Portfolio, Font Reserve, Suitcase, GeoExpress, Document Express, and LizardTech's MrSID technology.
An independent software developer based in Portland, OR, onOne Software was founded in 2005. It says it will immediately begin new development of new features and improvements to several of the acquired products.

Extensis and LizardTech will continue to support the products until July 31, 2005, when onOne will take control of them.
Celartem began as Digital Publishing Japan in 1996, then changed its name in 2001. It acquired Extensis in 2002 and LizardTech in 2003.
