Professional photograhers can now open Creo's Leaf Valeo 16-bit raw High Dynamic Range (HDR) files in Photoshop CS on either a Windows or Mac platform. For photographers using Leaf camera backs, the new Photoshop tools mean more control over images from camera sensor to final print.
“Professional photographers use Photoshop as their standard imaging tool,” says Michael Rolant, president of Creo Israel. “Leaf recognized the need to create a simple and direct workflow to Photoshop from the Leaf Valeo digital camera backs. Together with Adobe, we have created this connection for ease of use.”

Using Leaf's Portable Power, a photographer shoots an image that is stored on Leaf's Digital Magazine. By then connecting the Digital Magazine to a computer via FireWire”?, the photographer can open the raw HDR files directly in Photoshop CS. (Creo Leaf: www.creo.com/leaf; Adobe: www.adobe.com)
