The Adobe Acrobat & PDF seminar series, presented by the American Graphics Institute (AGI), will visit 15 US cities beginning in mid-September. The one-day seminars show users how to efficiently use Acrobat 6.0 and Adobe PDF files to share, store, secure, review, and manage documents. Attendees also will discover a variety of methods for creating Adobe PDF files as well as techniques for editing and extracting text and graphics from Adobe PDF documents. In addition, in select cities users can attend a full-day intensive workshop titled, “Creating PDF Forms which focuses upon how to expand the use of PDF to include interactive PDF forms for collecting and capturing data while maintaining the look and feel of original paper documents..
Series locations and dates (in chronological order) will include: Boston (Sept 13-14), New York City (Sept 23), Philadelphia (Sept 24), Atlanta (Sept 27), Orlando (Oct 1), Cleveland (Oct 6), Columbus, OH (Oct 8), Chicago (Oct 11-12), Minneapolis (Oct 14-15), Kansas City, KS (Oct 21), Portland, OR (Oct 26), Los Angeles (Oct 28), Baltimore (Nov 4-5), and Washington DC (Nov 9).
