MOST PSPS TAKE pride in their work, of course, but when it comes to vehicle wrapping, the level of competition among the industry increases. Vehicle wraps can take many forms, from branded corporate fleets to an eccentric millionaire’s new Bentley. Often times a “cookie cutter” installation simply isn’t possible. On top of that, a PSP must not only be able to handle any type of vehicle, but also any type of customer. The world of vehicle wraps is certainly an interesting one. Time 4 Printing
Windham, Maine
Time 4 Printing helped Bissell Brothers Brewing Company in Portland, Maine, achieve a new look on their distribution vans with a vibrant green, making sure they stood out on the local streets. To print the project, Time 4 Printing used a Roland TrueVis VG-640 eco-solvent printer with green Roland TrueVis TR2 ink onto Avery Dennison MPI EZ RS Gloss Vehicle Wrap Vinyl with Avery Dennison DOL 1360Z Cast Vinyl Gloss Laminate. The end result was a clean, energetic look that will keep the brew brand on top of mind as it makes deliveries around the state.
Tip: If your shop has something to make a wrap pop, like premium inks, make sure you let the customer know. It could be the difference that wins you the business.
Picture This Wraps and Graphics
Mandeville, Louisiana
Every business – yes, even in the grease tanker industry – wants to have dynamic branding. That’s why New Orleans Grease Trap Cleaning tapped Picture This Wraps and Graphics to give their tankers a new look. As Picture This owner Trey Matula puts it, “these big boys were a monster to handle, but they came out amazing!” As one can imagine, cleaning the grease tanker to get it ready for the installation was quite the job, but their dedicated team made it happen. Picture This printed the design using an HP Latex 360 printer onto 3M Controltac IJ180Cv3 Graphic Film with 3M 8518 Scotchcal Gloss Overlaminate 8518.
Tip: No matter how tedious or annoying it may be, make sure your team knows cleaning the exterior of the vehicle prior to the wrap installation is one of the most important steps in the entire wrapping process.

Atchley Graphics
Columbus, Ohio
Atchley Graphics helped a Columbus, Ohio, corporate staple, Safelite, upgrade their on-campus cart with a sleek wrap to match the brand’s impressive presence. To create the wrap for the windshield repair and glass company, Atchley Graphics used an HP Latex 570 printer onto 3M Controltac IJ180Cv3 Graphic Film, finishing the print on a Summa F1832 Flatbed Cutter. The installation was relatively quick and simple according to founder and CEO Derek Atchley, and the team enjoyed working with a large local client.
Tip: For an added special touch on the roof, Atchley Graphics used a frosted CAD-Cut vinyl from Stahls to create the patterned, translucent look.
