Xitron Announces Navigator GPS

Xitron's Navigator GPS is an integrated
product combining the company's Navigator
RIP with its new Navigator RIP Manager.
Navigator GPS workflow software is
designed for small to mid-sized printers
who want a RIP, but also want the ability
to control and preview jobs from other
desktops on a network.

JDF-ready, Navigator GPS is available
for Mac and PC workstations. It adds to
the Navigator RIP by giving users the ability
to create job workflows that include
functions such as PDF creation, preflight-
ing, and on-screen proofing; Certified PDF
workflows can be incorporated.

Users are able to control their jobs
with the Navigator GPS RIP Manager GUI,
including color management, trapping,
resolution, scaling, orientation, output
device, and in-RIP imposition.
